How do I create a workout template?

Open the Templates tab and tap the "+" button. Add exercises from the library or create custom ones, set your target sets and reps, then save.

Why isn't my data syncing across devices?

Gymnara uses iCloud for sync. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.

How do I log a personal record?

Gymnara automatically detects PRs as you log sets during an active workout. You'll see a notification when you beat a previous best.

How do I switch between kg and lbs?

Go to your Profile tab and open Preferences. You can toggle your preferred weight unit there.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual workouts, sessions, and templates within the app. For full data deletion, contact our support team through the contact form.

The analytics aren't showing my recent sessions.

Make sure sessions are fully completed (not left in an active state). Pull down to refresh the analytics screen. If the issue persists, contact support.
