These Terms of Service apply to the Gymnara iOS app (the "App").

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

Gymnara helps you create workout templates, log workouts, and view training history and analytics. The App may change over time.

3. Your Data

You can enter information like exercise names, templates, and workout logs ("App Data").

As between you and Gymnara, you own your App Data. Gymnara does not claim ownership of your App Data.

4. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud, your App Data may sync via Apple iCloud/CloudKit under your Apple ID. Apple's terms and privacy policies apply to iCloud/CloudKit. We do not control Apple's systems.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the App or attempt to bypass its security
  • use the App in violation of law
  • reverse engineer the App except where prohibited by law

6. Fitness Disclaimer

Gymnara is for workout logging and training organization only and does not provide medical advice. Always use appropriate caution and consult a qualified professional if needed.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMNARA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
